In the 1960s, Cosmo Ciccariello, a stubborn and tenacious man, accidentally undertakes the wine route, beginning to buy grapes from farmers to resell on the market. In 1966, finding himself with part of the unsold harvest, he decided to vinify it, obtaining a wine of great quality and appreciation. This success marks the beginning of a business that, with time and thanks to the entry of his sons, will turn into a solid winery...

Il Saracino IGT
Its designation "Il Saracino" evokes the strong personality of this wine. It is due to the presence in Italy of the barbarian hordes of Saracens who were stationed in Sicily in the 1300s, who penetrated our districts they contributed to the development of "Sanginella Nera" vines that took root well in the area. It has something in character that places it rightfully among wines of great merit. It is particularly good with roast meats, game and with aged cheeses. It should be served at room temperature.
