Shipping and Delivery

At Ciccariello Winery, we are committed to ensuring that every order is delivered with the utmost care, in the shortest possible time. Below you will find all the useful information regarding the timing, cost and shipping methods.

Preparation Time

Each order is carefully prepared in our warehouse by 1-2 working days from the moment of confirmation. We pay special attention to packaging to protect the bottles during transport, ensuring that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Delivery Time

Once entrusted to the courier, the package is generally delivered in 1-2 working days. Times may vary slightly depending on the destination location or any national holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: € 3,50

  • Free Shipping: for all orders with an amount equal to or greater than €70

The system will automatically calculate shipping charges during checkout, applying free shipping when applicable.

Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

We offer the option of paying cash on delivery. In this case, there is a supplement of €4.00, regardless of the order amount. We advise you to prepare the exact amount, as the courier may not have change available.

Couriers Used

We work with reliable and fast couriers, selected to ensure timely and traceable service at every stage. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery in real time.
