Today the CA.VI.CI. consists of well two establishments: the first of winemaking, which covers an area of 10,000 square meters, lies on the slopes of the hills of Velletri, one of the most wine-producing territories in Latium, where the grapes find the best conditions pedoclimatic to develop and ripen.
