The Velletri wine-making plant is composed of 40 wine jars Stainless steel, with a storage capacity of 35,000.00 hectoliters about wine, and uses the best winemaking technologies to enable the quality of the grapes to be preserved and enhanced.
Production Capacity
 In addition, there are three crushing lines, with an hourly production capacity of 1.200,00 quintals or so of grapes. Winemakers with external temperature control jackets are also used, thanks to a brand new refrigeration system from 600,000 fr/h. Not at all forgetting the presence in the processing room of the best technologies for clarification and filtration of musts.
