The Velletri wine-making plant è composto da 40 wine jars in acciaio inox, con una capacità di immagazzinamento pari a 35,000.00 hectoliters circa di vino, e si avvale delle migliori tecnologie enologiche per consentire di preservare ed esaltare la qualità delle uve.
Capacità Produttiva
Inoltre, sono presenti tre linee di pigiatura, con capacità produttiva oraria di 1.200,00 quintals or so of grapes.
