At Ciccariello Winery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you received, you have the right to make a return within the time allowed by law.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to give reasons within 14 days From the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a written notice by email to the address [insert support email], indicating:

  • Order number

  • Products to be returned

  • Master data of the order holder

Conditions for Return

Products must be returned:

  • Integrathem, not opened or damaged

  • Packed in the original box, including any accessories or information materials

Products that have been opened, used, or show obvious signs of tampering cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable or customized goods, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

Mode of Return

After the notice of withdrawal:

  1. The client has 14 days time to return the products at their own expense to the address that will be provided via email.

  2. We recommend using a traceable service for return shipping.

Refund

Once we receive and verify the integrity of the goods, we will:

  • Refund the amount paid by 14 working days

  • The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the order

Le original postage (if any) and those of restitution remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect or defective product.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us by 48 hours From delivery by email with clear photos of the damage or error found

  • We will replace the product or refund you at no additional cost
