The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the official website of Ciccariello Winery By end consumers. By placing an order, you fully agree to the terms and conditions on this page.

2. Mode of Purchase

All products for sale are described within their respective product sheets. Images are approximate and may differ slightly from the actual product.

To complete the purchase, the customer will need to:

Select the desired products
Fill out the order form with personal information
Select payment method
Confirm the order

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include current VAT.

Shipping charges are shown separately before completing the purchase.

The following payment methods are accepted:

Apple Pay / Google Pay
Klarna (Payment in 3 installments)
Amazon Pay
Advance bank transfer
Cash on delivery (+€4)

Payment on delivery is only available for shipments within Italy.

4. Shipping

Orders are filled within 1-2 working days and delivered in 1-2 working days via express courier.

Free Shipping for orders over €70. For smaller orders: €3,50.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days From the receipt of the goods, as required by Legislative Decree 206/2005.

6. Warranty and Defective Products

The products are covered by legal warranty of conformity provided for in the Consumer Code.

In case of defects, the customer is required to report the problem within 2 months after discovery, attaching photographic documentation. We will provide replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Responsibilities

Casa Vinicola Ciccariello cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure events, including strikes, natural disasters, courier service interruptions or unforeseen technical problems.

8. Treatment of Data

Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679).
