Lo plant located in Gaeta composed of ultra-modern facilities with regard to bottling and storage technology, has as its goal to obtain genuine, fine and high quality wines, always respecting the ancient winemaking traditions. This plant is also equipped with stainless steel tanks, 70 of which are also temperature-controlled, being able to rely on a refrigeration unit of 600,000 fr/h.
Production Capacity
The production capacity of this plant is 6,000 bottles per hour, fully automated, limiting the human component to only the task of control. The total annual output, therefore, amounts to. 3.000.000 of bottles, divided into the various sizes and types, although the actual production potential would allow for the 12,000,000 bottles per year.
Certifications
CA.VI.CI. thanks to its state-of-the-art technology, its entire production chain is carried out under the control plans of theHACCP, not at all forgetting the certification obtained for most of its products by the international body SGS, a world leader in inspection, verification, testing and certification services.
