Pride, cheerfulness in the Gaetano dialect. Easygoing and a bit sparkling. A more appropriate name could not have been chosen for this white wine, a favorite "son" of Cosmo, owner of the winery. It was he who named it that in 1980, when he decided to bottle the wine he had been producing since the 1960s. Priezze is the first wine ever labeled by CA.VI.CI.. A product that made the history of this company and is still its workhorse today.
